a) A internet data center who provides the bandwidth, internet connection and they do not limit the amount of bandwidth used.

b) A internet data center who provides likewise in (a) but they limit the amount of bandwidth used such as http://www.digitalcentrix.com

c) A internet data center which is carrier-neutral in which you have to choose the internet connection provider yourself.

We are in (a) Our data center provider does not cap their bandwidth. We're a web hosting company in Singapore not US. The terms of web hosting are different from the two countries.
