changing ssh rsa key

How complicated is it to change the ssh rsa key on a cpanel server running redhat 9?

Would anyone care to share how to do it?

I believe the command

ssh-keygen

is what your looking for. Its fairly easy to figure out, just take a look at its man page for more info.
