Having used most of the major support desk out there, I would highly recommend http://www.kayako.com
It fit our needs the best.

i vote for Cerberus as well, but perldesk is fantasic as well, i've been using it for years.

For me, PerlDesk, Cerberus & Kayako are fantasic!

I prefer cerberus. Support is great, intergrates into modernbill easily, and it has great features.
