We are considering selling our web hosting / web design company. Currently, we have approx. 60 hosting customers. Monthly income is around $700/month for hosting / $1500/month for design. Sale would include company name, toll free number, company logo, Modernbill payment system, company web site, etc. Serious bids only.

- What is the link to the company site?

- Can you give a thorough break down of the clients housed on the server/reseller account?

- Are you willing to sell the clients alone?

- How much are you seeking for the advertised company/clients?

That should help the readers out a bit too....

hello we can buy the customers and your site, but we dont do design, will you sell just the base?

do you also sell domains ? how many, which registration company, is the registrar account included

how long have you been in business, officially regsitered or just "trading as"

which country are you operating from ?

how many server(s) where are they located, what specification, what control panel

how many people on each plan, what are the specs of teh plans and prices ?

these answers and more will help your sale greatly

I'm aware of what's in his signiture johnathans, but there indeed many people selling seperate businesses than the ones mentioned within their signitures now-days. Think before critizing.

Could you give more information on the design aspect is the money you listed from all new clients every month or partial old(updates etc)/new or how does that work?

2. How much of the design customers have recuring monthly payment ?
3. Is the site editing software included in the deal ?
4. What type of site editing software is it ?
5. How many hosting customer are on monthly contract and how many are on annual conytract ?
