- On the full cabinet co-location deals, EGI clients will get 24/7 unrestricted access to their cabinets, correct?

- I remember most he.net deals offer something like first 15 minutes of remote hands are free per incident & unlimited reboots. Is this still the case through EGI?

- Security is a big concern of ours, is it possible to remove EGI staff from the access list to cabinets that we get through EGI? (Ie, limit access to our cabinets to just our authorized staff and HE.net staff for remote hands).

- On bandwidth... I remember in the past you guys did not charge for inbound traffic, is this still the case?

Yes, you the client would have 24/7/365 access to your cab, also you would be able to call in for free reboots, remote hands directly to the datacenter.

Yes, and we also have our own tech team which can perform advanced remote hands at $65/hr for things like OS installs, HD swaps, trouble shooting, etc...

Since you are leasing these cabinets from us, our support staff must be on the access list, however no one on our staff or HE would ever be in your cab unless you request support from us or them.

We charge base on the top 95th direction, which for the most part is all outgoing traffic on most clients.
