DirectAdmin with Courier-IMAP

Has anyone successfully gotten a DirectAdmin server to work with Courier-IMAP instead of WU-IMAP?

If you have, could you make a guide to help a few of us out?

There is a big discussion on this over at the DA forums and no one has been able to get working correctly.
