Scientist: Asteroid May Hit Earth in 2029

I heard this on the radio Thursday. Then just found it on the news on yahoo.

Scientist: Asteroid May Hit Earth in 2029

1 in a 300 chance... I do not like the odds.... . If this hits it could mean major trouble.

24 years down the road... I'm pretty sure they'd figure out how to take good care of it by then... lest to say, not Armagadden style... I don't think we need to worry too much about it as every day citizens

Umm, actually.... it was upgraded two days ago to a 1 in 69 chance.... and just yesterday to a 1 in 45 chance that it will hit earth.

If you didn't like the odds at 1 in 300... I feel for ya now buddy.

2029 is far away, I'm sure we will have something to destroy the asteroid by then. Xshare, where did you read those odds?

Things like this would happen someday , for some reason I want it to hit, lol.

Anyway, yeah, 24 years...science and technology might be way over the capability of blasting a mere asteroid in space at that time . Then again, maybe it won't be...

I prefer to not worry about things like this. If I live my life worrying about what could happen, or what might happen, I'd find myself living a very boring, unexciting life. That's not the life any of us want to live.

Oh I am not really to worried yet . I am thinking people from all nations will come and try to think of an idea before it hits us. Maybe if they can not think of an idea and there is only 1 day before it hits.... Then I would be worried.
