i'm also interested in this, too.
i checked out their knowledgebase about 8 or 9 months ago but the instructions on implementing it were a bit confusing to me at that time. i haven't tried it again since then.
so, anyone has a good how-to or examples on this?

The DirectI php kit is a setup to build your own custom control panel for DirectI, it requires quite a bit of PHP knowledge to use.

Yup, the API kit is badly done in my opinion. Lots of examples of how the various functions work, and some reasonably good documentation, but no tutorial or example of how the whole thing hangs together. And a tutorial would help as the API, in my rather inexperienced opinion, is rather unnecessarily complex from what I can see.
What they really need is a short, simple demonstration of how to register a fixed domain, probably even just using strings (or _SESSION variables) for the various field contents. That would make using their stuff SO much easier!!
