couple questions..because i don't see a site/faq-
Are turrent tracking sites (no actual files) allowed?
What happens when bandwidth is exceeded? (suspend or overcharge)
Hours for support? - # of questions before considered abuse?

Don't know, if it doesn't require any server side software (stuff I'd have to install) then yes as long as the content is legal in the USA and UK then it's fine.

What happens when bandwidth is exceeded? (suspend or overcharge)

the site will just stop working till the following month. there is no extra fees or hidden fees and such.

Hours for support? - # of questions before considered abuse?

All support is provided via email (via cpanel). abuse of the support is considered when someone nags me about something they already reported (like if they say such and such isnt working right and I tell them I'm working on it and they continue to hound me). if there is something wrong, by all means contact me. how else can I get it fixed?
