Download an application called AppServ. I'm not sure of the URL, but just search in google, it should be the first result. That should setup Apache, PHP 5, MySQL, Perl, Zend Optimizer and so fourth.
It is an EXE file so it will so everything for you, but you have to press the next button.
If you wanted to make your own web hosting business, you would need to get a license for a control panel, and it would be best to run off Linux, but then again it depends what you want to use.

try using a program called liteserve, you can google it... a nice starter.. get php and sql (free)
as for running a hosting biz, not of your home comp, learn what you can on it, and then go on to get yourself a reseller account on a server in a Data Centre...

Well Quicktime, I do not want to scare you, but it is almost impossible to start a good hosting service from your home computer and connection.

unlucky... if u are trying to run a webserver of your system and 03 isnt working, i would recommend 2000 Pro with IIS (its a little hard to use, so try liteserv)
you can get a VPS (Virtual Private Server) for around $40 a month, its a nice place to start of you want to practice in server administration, but as i said above, try a reseller account (no server admin needed) and it all depends on how muchj work you put into it.
