They are allowed. This is their answer when I asked about it.

The license must be at least 90 days old (due to chargebacks).
The owner must inform the new user of the current support expire date.
The new owner must create an account at www.dramsystem.com
The current owner must submit a helpdesk ticket requesting the license move to the new owner's account.

Further, we can help by verifying the seller owns a license.

This is the same license. The buyer last time didn't have money at all... he wanted to pay me "when he had earned some money with it..."

Well is support expire on 2005-02-10 then a renewal cost $50 to maybe get new updates and keep the script bug free. Then why buying it for $100, if for $149 I get a full support for 1 year?
