PHP domain hosting

I want to host multiple domains on one account and if I have to go with my current host, they offer me domain pointing with PHP. Has anyone used this before? Does it work well? Would it be better to go with a host that allows multiple domains?

please advise.

pointing with PHP can work OK, but I would recommend that you go with a host that offers multiple domains.....

I would not suggest that you replace true multiple domain hosting with domain pointing.

Does it work well?

no

Would it be better to go with a host that allows multiple domains?

yes

I'll reply as soon as I wake up tomorrow and am able to put together a coherent sentence. Thanks a bunch.
