Wildcard (*) Domain Searches?

Does anyone know of a service that allows wildcard domain searches? i.e. *name, name*, name*name...

You could try www.domainsurfer.com

Although the database hasn't been updated for a while now.

Lats...

Thanks, Lats. This site shows existing domains so it's good for suggestions.
Any others out there that work more like a traditional registrar i.e. showing if a domain is available (but with the wildcard option?)

So what are you looking for exactly?

If you search for *jobs.com in available domain names, do you expect to see English words added in front of jobs.com? Do you expect to see only "interesting" words added in front of jobs.com? Who defines interesting?

If a domain name can be 67 characters, there are almost an unlimited number of combinations that would make up *jobs.com. I can tell you without looking that akwjflaowjdlaidjsowkfsajobs.com is available .

I realize "interesting" is in the eye the beholder, but I'm looking for an intelligent naming service. There's always the hackneyed e-this and i-that and 1-800yournamehere, but I'm looking for a beefed up version of register.com's "These Domains Are Also Available" (some of whose suggestions are very good). In a sense they have a wildcard build in. I guess what I'm really looking for is the integration of a bigger thesauraus with a domain search engine. I've been doing this manually (consulting a thesauraus or dictionary and typing in words) to a large extent, but was hoping for a quicker online solution.
