Hi all, don't think this has been posted. Anyway, anybody have the new version of MSN 7.0? I have it, and it is mostly nice except for the darn "Nudge", "Wink"!!! It is going to be abused.... Any other thoughts? Get it http://messenger.msn.com/Beta/Default.aspx

Just more not-much-of-a-use features.

But one of the most useful, "offline messages" isn't available yet.

Nudge is same as Buzz in Yahoo Msgr, which I've disabled.

The nudge makes me sick. No sound when you have your status as "busy".

The huge wink thing is stupid and damn annoying so is nudge... such pointless new features, why don't they work on allowing full size display pictures some-how or even the ability to make them collapse and then expand into full size.

I think i'll stick with 6.2 it has all the feature i need and i don't think will need any of the thing they added.
Off line messages would be a very good feature. Yahoo has it since the early stage and they work great.

All these "new" features MSN are coming up with are either old or crappy... ICQ 95 seriously had all the features I need for an instant messenger...

I still prefere yahoo IM over ICQ. I found that ICQ tend to freeze my computer at booting sometime. Plus most of my friends switched ether to msn or yahoo.

what abot getting connected in invisible or busy mode?? is that available in that beta version?

You can have gain and that one can combine all your contacts from all your IM programs into one. You will loose some features like webcam or voice but it works quite well

You mean the entire screen or just the window? Thats pretty ridiculous if you ask me; I could see many people abusing this.
