Quick Books Online Edition

Has anyone had any experience using Quick Books Online Edition? I am looking into billing solutions and it seems pretty good. I had a few questions and I was looking to here any experiences using it.

Can you setup recurring payments that automatically bill the customers credit card every month (of course a merchant account would have to be set up)?

Does PayPal integrate at all?

Can customers log in and view their invoices and possibly invoice history?

Are invoices available in PDF format?

Can you customize invoices with company logo?

Now if I invoice a customer and they pay via PayPal (assuming PayPal doesn't integrate), and I enter it into Quick Books; PayPal takes a fee out. Will Quick Books account for the fee and make sure the full invoice is paid less the transaction fee? How does it work with the integrated merchant account?

Also with the merchant account, can my customers login and pay or to I manually have to enter the CC number?

Thanks

We thought about switching over to the onlne edition and gave it a test drive. It is definately not good in my opinion. Many functions didn't work, things could not be done that can be done in the software application and was just a pain to use.

You can always try it out first. Regarding all of that stuff, I don't thinki t can. From what I remember, it was like the software application, just run off of Intuit's servers so you can access it anywhere.

It is not like WHM Autopilot or ModernBill if that is what you are looking for.

I don't need a hosting specific billing solutions. I want something easy to use. A program that I can invoice, use Payment Gateways and PayPal, and be able to setup recurring invoices as well as recurring billing.

Well, the $19.95 per month was nice, but if I can find a solution that I like and does everything I want, I will make it fit.

I saw Billing Orchard.com - that looks promising.

I looked at that as well (I think there was another post here about it) and it looked pretty decent in my opinion.

When we were looking for a solution, we really liked Ubersmith (www.ubersmith.com). We spoke with Matthew Toback (matt@ubersmith.com) at Ubersmith and he was very nice and explanatory. I would recommend sending him an e-mail and see what he can do for you and see if Ubersmith will work for your needs.
