Is there any registries that provide MyDomain.com-like services such as URL and e-mail forwarding?

eNom, and their resellers (eg. www.namecheap.com) seem to have what you're looking for.

I've got two domains w/ Namecheap at the moment, and a 3rd being transferred in.

Enom.com is a registrar and mydomain.com is a DNS service.
