Sigh how many more people must die before we do something about drunk driving. Obviously whatever they have been trying the last couple of decades isn't working.

This kind of community justice is rampant in India, be careful not to mow anyone, orelse they beat you up till you are dead. (often)
Which bring me to a question? Whom do the cops arrest then?
Good that people in west leave it to the cops with their job.

Another sad case where people think they can take the laws in their own hands. Hopefully everyone is charged with assault.
