Go Daniel!!!
I've mentioned in the past that I used to play poker quite a bit in Toronto in private clubs. And one of the guys I played with so often was Daniel Negreanu. Well, as it turns out, my 29 year old friend moved to Vegas a few years ago and has turned into one of the top poker players in the world.
I'm sitting here now watching a World Poker Tour tourney in Mexico on TV, and once again, my buddy is on the final table in the final 6 players (started at close to 400 players).

Sweet! I'm just now getting into Texas Holdem
On the subject of Texas Holdem, anyone recommend good affiliate based poker sites?
Any private-labled poker sites that you know of?

Sorry, I don't know of any affiliate based poker sites. Perhaps someone will chime in with a suggestion.
Ha. Daniel was heads up with A-K against a guy with J-J. Laid it down on the turn after a crappy flop. That's my man Daniel!
In a new hand, he just check raised with two pair against a pocket pair.

I heard something about www.pokerroom.com last night. Havnt checked it out yet. Over the last 2 o3 3 months, my town went from not knowing what holdem was to playing like 3 nights a week. Everyone is playing it now. Crazy times lol.

Heh. I just got an email back telling me that tourney was a while back. Musta been a repeat.
When I come down to Atlanta, I'll show you a thing or two about holdem.
