Unwanted Ensim Pro Unlimited License for sale - $499

We purchased an Ensim Pro Unlimited license back in version 3.5 but have never used it.

This license is still valid for Ensim Pro 4.0 - which now includes the power tools.

I want to sell this for one payment of $499 - a saving of $300 on RRP.

Ensim has funny license terms so i think that rather than a straight sell it would be considered a 9999 year lease from me to you!
