Please need help with 2checkout

After the "problem" with paysystems i have opened an'account with 2checkout just for process some order. After 3 months, i have charged about 900$. The problem is that i still haven't received my money. My english is not very good, so i have talked to them at phone and a guy taked with me about a verification process, that sincerely i haven't understood, but he promised to me that a wire transfer to my bank account for the 16 of this month, still haven0t receive nothing. Right now i'm really terrorized, cause i have already lost money with paysystems, but now i can't loose this 900$.
Can somoeone suggest me how proceed? I have written to them again today, and i have said to them that if they don't want transfer the money on my account, i'm going to refund all the transaction, explain to my customers the problem, and ask them to pay me with a normal wire transfer.
I'm very very disappointed, because i haven't email from them, i have only received short reply to my ticket, without explaining me the situation. The dramma is that i need this money ecause i'm in the biz, and i have to pay my bills.
If anyone can give me a suggestion or help me please leave a message.
Thanks in advance.

I also started using 2co immediately after paysystems has closed down. 2co kept my funds for 2 weeks after the paydate, then released them.

They kept my funds because they wanted to call my clients to verify that I am realy shipping orders. I have also contacted them and offered them to login to my paysystems account to see my 3+ years of history at paysytems. They did not ask for paysystems password but I think my offer has encouraged them to release my funds. This is off course in addition to their own verification.

Infact, this is not nice what they are currently doing to their customers, infact my opnion is to leave 2co after the settlements b/n you them and jump to another service.

worldpay or IKOBO has some good rep in the industry.

Guys the fact is that right now i need this money. I'm totally in the dark and i can't figure why they want call my customers to see if i'm erogating the service. Anyway after 3 months is clear that all is right, cause there are no dispute on the charge of the credit card.
Anyway i will contact them right now, i will give them login and password of paysystems i has been with them for two years, and i will ask them to send my money and close my account. I'm in trouble cause i need this money....

Don not tell them that you will close your account now. Do not say it before you get your money, this migh make them keep your money for 6 months to cover any chargeback which might come after you close your account.

Just follow up with them on the status of the meny transfer and offer them to check your history at paysystems.
