Strange coincidence about this funny Ace Helpdesk software:

and how it's demo resembles that of InverseFlow's software (www.inverseflow.com)

They ripped the testimonials off of the InverseFlow website as well it seems:

Anybody know the stories behind these softwares? It seems that this Ace Helpdesk software is a little bit on the fish-y side with their company in Australia, domain name registered in the UK and a toll-free number in the US (in the domain name registration)

I believe there's a connection to AceNet (www.ace-host.net)...

I'd stay as far away from both as you can. I wouldn't go near them with a 10 foot pole Was burned by "Inverseflow", cringe when I hear the name. Altho I find it funny someone ripped their product after the way they burnt everyone. Anyway.. do a search if you want to read the horror stories.

Hi,

I believe both InverseFlow and Ace Help Desk are operated by the same person. Both are selling the software illegally. I actually own the rights to the software. I will be offering the open-source product for free probably sometime beginning in January.
