Hello friend's,
in a server had many domains, I have made the transfer to a new server, and have created domains in the new server with virtualmin (Webmin), the 50 case is that of domains, single 5 responds with http://domain.com and www.domain.com to me, other 45 the single one enter correctly with www.domain.com, with http://domain.com remains looking for and nonload nothing, the zones of the NAMED are equal, that can happen?
Thanks!

It can be that you missed the A entry for domain.com and you only have the entry for www

if you're using Direct Admin when you add the domain as www. - you will not get http://domain.com

You have trouble with apache not dns if I understand correctly.
Did you set up http correctly? For www, you have to add seperate entry or aliases in http.conf also.
Something like
ServerAlias www.domian.com domain.com

Hi,
Add an A record, then restart named, that should trigger a sync to the slave.

That seems a DNS problem, not apache one.
You said some domains work and the others don't, may be you simply need to wait until all them are updated in your DNS servers and ISP cachés.
AND/OR
Check your DNS entries for those domains are correct
