Excel Function Question

I'm making a Calculator to work out how much i will/have/might spend on my mobile bill. Eg 20 SMS & 5 Calls = $15

With my mobile company i'm on a "Bucket Plan" Eg Spend $79 and get up to $500 worth.

I want to put in a function that when the Total Credit Remaining (The $500) hits Zero the Amount over Cap starts going up.

How would i do this in Excel?
