Hi all,

Someone contacted me, he wants transfer his existing website from another webhost to my servers.
i am using cpanel while this other webhost use another software.

So what is the best way to execute the transfer without having problems or data lost ?

-well..this other host use his own panel, i went there and i saw it is in asp

so, he wants to run his ASP files on your Linux server? I dont suggest to do that.

anyway, what kind of DB?

I meant the panel that his webhost run is asp code .

I know i ll have to execute the transfer manualy by saving files and then upload them on my server, this is common practice when the panels are different.
I only asked maybe there is another good solution.
I am not that silly to run asp files on linux box
