Network problems at the planet today?

Sporadic, extremely poor ping times. Anyone else experiencing this today?

Sent Ticket , go this response.

Details:For the last 30 mins response from the server has slowed to a crawl. I have another server at Sever Matrix and it is responding fine. Are you working on the network or something that would effect the response time of this server?

Well this sucks. This is the longest lasting problem I've had with them.

From the Forum SM

Update: Just got a call and the card is en route to here now. I expect it in the next 20-30 minutes.

It will take about 30 minutes to prep it for swap out and another 30 minutes to get it to D4 and swapped.

Probably have this done by 6:00pm... Again, I'll keep updating as events unfold.

Update:

I am currently configuring the new supervisor module. I should be finished in about 10 minutes, and then we'll run it over to D4 to swap out.

We're ahead of schedule - I'll keep you updated.
