When you do recieve these as a merchant, what is your winning percentage within the appeal process. I'm interested in seeing the exact steps a successful merchnat would take in winning an appeal for a chargeback due to an "undelivered product," when you as the merchnat know the goods WERE delivered, and to the proper address.

I am sure using a service like UPS or FedEx that has adequate tracking will help your case a lot.

For goods, always use shipping with tracking. Services is a bit tougher though. Even with documentation and evidence, we had never won a chargeback dispute, though we only have a couple in our history.

Proof of delivery via a tracking # along with an AVS match result can be a big help on those types of rebuttals.
