Yep. Full outage it looks like. I know Nlayer is supposed to be installed soon and some dark fiber is supposed to be activated, however I don't think this is the cause of it.

Theyre doing a switch upgrade. i believe this was announced on the 5th November, however I think they must be ahead of schedule as I was under the impression this would be between 4 and 5 EST

A switch upgrade takes us all offline for more than five minutes? That doesn't sound right to me.

I just called and they are doing the switch upgrade ahead of schedule, with no firm ETA. The DN forum post said it would be 15 to 30 minutes, with a meximum 60 minute window.
Rikk said the servers would come back up briefly, then go down again, then come up again permanently.
