We have decided to sell this thriving business as it is not part of our long term plan. As a company we are concentrating on our business and development projects instead of the home hosting services. Software
The site is currently set up with some of the leading software in the industry. For support we have configured Kayako eSupport. For billing we have ModernBill set up. The server runs cPanel, one of the worlds leading control panels. We offer Fantastico as a free add-on for all customers. The sale includes branded flash tutorials for both WHM and cPanel. A ClickChatSold account already set up. All the software is leased so it is your choice if you wish to keep it.
Support
We currently offer LiveHelp/Telephone/Ticket/Forum support. We aim to offer ticket response within 1 hour. Our customers are pleased with our support service and we receive numerous ‘thank you’ messages. We receive on average around 5 tickets a week as there are so few problems!! The telephone system can be diverted to numerous number formats around the globe. We would supply login information to all the systems etc upon sale.
Domains
We supply a free domain with each account ($7.95 enom account included with sale) ordered. Most accounts use a .co.uk domain which is registered for two years, so these only have to be renewed every other year!! We will supply details of a company selling uk domains for around £4.60 ($8.50) upon sale.
History
We have been running now for nearly one year. The first renewal you will receive payment on is on the 23rd December. The account signups are evenly spread out during the year.
