You heard nothing about Stormpay just because Stormpay has less users. Stormpay seems more focus on intangible products rather than tangible products.

One thing I do not like about Stormpay is that Stormpay does not provide customer shipping address, so it is a bit troublesome for me to send email to the customer to ask for their shipping address. But is this for security purpose?

since i used Paypal, they made a lot of problem for me, such as limited my account and hod my money without reason ! no answer mail, no pick up phone, etc....I have used paypal about 3 month without charge back, but i dont know why they limited my account ! They ask me to send my information for secure purpose, like as: fax my ID, statement checking account and credit card, add security social number and credit card into my paypal account, update address, e mail, etc . Then they have confirmed my address ( send mail to my house) and my home phone ( call to my home ), i do everything but they still limited my account, it taken almost 4 month !

After paypal limited my account, i changed to using Stormpay with the same my service on my web site ! i have no problem with stormpay 3 month ago, i really didn't know why paypal limited my account ! I have asked them about that by to send e mail and call them ! But...what the hell no answer mail and pick up the phone !
So....i dont know how to get my money yet ! its my money but....i can't...got it ! What is your business paypal ? sorry, i cant control myself !

Just my experienced with paypal ! i will never use their service again !
Tommy !

There are several stories about Paypal. However, many of them is because of 'adult' nature.
Why they limited your account?

Paypal took about 200.00 From me becuase some dude was under investigation and then bought an item off of me. Paypal put my account into the negatives..I dont reallylike paypal...But right know they seem the best..And thats hard for me to say after what they did. Hopefully it was a rare occassion and they dont do it to you guys.

Thumbs down Charge backs

The major problem of the Stormpay is charge backs. They don't have any kind of protection and for each time they are getting $35.

When people purchase the subscription, the IPN lets them and then they ring their card company and cancel the transaction........so they have access to my site, they get their money back......but whats worse is Stormpay charges $35 every time this happens.

This is a major problem if you have any kind of membership site and want to go with Stormpay.

I am trying to see if ikobo is better. Anyone knows if they have any type of charge back protection?
