I've been researching all night and there are simply too many companies to consider. I need some help in narrowing them down.

Our web application is programmed with ASP and .NET. We are using MySQL database. We will potentially be sending out thousands of emails per day to users of the website.

Disk storage requirements are relatively low. I have no idea what to expect as far as traffic goes.

Page loading speed is critical! This is a web application as much as it is a website.

Budget is up to $100 per month.

Edit: It would also be nice if the same company did dedicated hosting so that we can stick with the same company as the business grows.

You won't probably find a decent VPS for .Net . You should look into a low-cost dedicated box that has the ability to be upgraded. Usually VPS, the few that are out there are more $$ than the dedicated server.

The only one I know of is MaximumASP.com but that is outside your budget. As reseller-center said for that price you will need to go with a dedicated
