Who do you resell for? What network is this on?

The reason i want to know is I am currently hosted under a reseller for nocster/ burst.net

I need to upgrade my server and I feel if I am going to upgrade I might as well also move somewhere that my site can be up more than 50% of the time (burst is down all the time now for some reason)

Ok I see and it looks impressive but I'm new to all this so I think a better question would be. When was the last time your website went down. I understand servers go down and need rebooting sometimes but the providers site should not be going down often.

So when is the last time your zipservers site went down?

We do not offer ColdFusion at this time so support would be very limited. It would be best if you purchase the software yourself and upload it to the machine.

With our terms at month to month on all servers we have not been able to lease the software on the same term agreement. We could possible work a special under a 1 year minimum agreement, if that interests you please contact sales@zipservers.com and we’ll work out a custom price agreement for you.

Yeah the term "Fully managed" was a bit misleading to me....

But oh well even though I will have to spend some extra to have someone set up the server for use and install anything I may need installed, at least I should have a faster server that doesn't go down 15 times a day
