What do you mean?

As in installing it for cpanel usage.

You aren't making a lot of sense.
Cpanel is a control panel, and usermode linux is a very special type of linux. You might install cpanel onto a uml, but not the other way around.

If you are asking is there a webconsole for UML to stop/start VPS's etc the answer is no and you will have to write your own
