I am self employed and have my own small business. In the past few months, I have really been picking up a lot more work. My client base is growing and there are many opportunities opening up to me. However, in order to fully reach the potential, I need to invest more money.
I have done what I can but am now looking for some investors. What I am looking for is someone or more than one person who would invest in my business and then I would pay them an agreed upon percentage of my profits in each money until they are paid back their initial investment plus interest. Or I am looking for someone or again more than one person who could provide me with a loan. I would pay a monthly payment just as I would to a bank plus interest.
Everything would of course be agreed upon by both parties. Documents would be signed to protect all parties.
