Who really needs that much space for an email account? Most often the attachments are farily limited so I don't see anyone using that much space.

a site with that design, makes you wonder if they're overselling?

Tell me how is it possible that they offer this without overselling.

Even if you server house 1000 GB harddisk, you can only have 10 customers...

why only 10? 1000Gb equals to 1000 accounts, 1gb each right? however that's not the point. I'm thinking this way - they write you get 1 Gb of space, when you actually get lets say 100mb (even if the indicator says 1Gb). Who uses more than 100mb for mail unless you send huge attachments back and forth or use it as a local harddrive?

Even better, look at the design of the page? If they'd be serious, they'd get a pro design before offering 1gb email accounts!

who cares about 100Gb accounts when you soon can get 1TB accounts The question is, does the average person need it? I don't think so.. The average person doesn't even need 100mb's!

In fact, the average person doesn't even need 2MB. Look at hotmail, the accounts have 2MB and they have millions of members.

My point exactly...and that's why I'm saying, smaller companies that go out and advertise for a mail account with 100gb is just crap. You know that in reality they won't give you more than 50mb's and increase your account size as needed. (even if it says that you have 100gb available)
