I've been considering setting up a site to sell domain names and looking at PDQ as an option.

It appears quite simple, just pay $99 PA + the payment processing and then market the site.

Am I correct in thinking that the above are the only fees I will have and that Enom set up and host the PDQ site?

How does PDQ compare to DRAMS?

Yes the fee you have mentioned is the only fee you will pay. DRAMS is more customizable solution and is more efficient with merchant accounts.

For example www.sipence.com uses enom pdq software however a level of quality like www.NameCheap.com can be reached with DRAMS. DRAMS also support 3rd party mechant accounts like 2CO etc.
