Was on a friends IRC network and some bot comes in and spams www.yourhostplan.com . Can someone give me some contact into of who to complain too.

You want to file the spam with an authoritive figure or contact the host?

the host, its obviously the owner of yourhostplan. It was on IRC, not e-mail so cant really contact a authoritive figure.

Its pretty simple when you tell the host, you do realize a reseller is spamming IRC networks, you know, pretty much the fastest way to get your server's ddosed.
