My site is gone!

I have been with hostproservices (my host) sometime now and this has happened before, my site is not up and neither is the main webpage for hostproservices, I cannot get email through to them, it is returned undeliverable. This is so frustrating and I like Robert Hoffman, he installed my SunShop 3.0 and ChainedSSL he ordered to secure.a2zvideos.com." I also registered both a2zvideos.com and a2zvideos.net for 5 years through Robert, I am getting worried, he does not take the time to email me if there is a problem with his server, even from a hotmail account would work, I get so out of it with this type of management to the customer, I have no idea what is going on after 3 days down it looks as if he would let the customer know what the problem is, anyway I am sure "some what" it is just a problem with his server but I get the feeling at time's something is not right. This is my first post so I hope I did it right, I am concerned because this is my lively hood and when it is down I suffer, not a big business but Robert had installed SunShop 3.0 and the ChainedSSL certificate in which I am dumb as nails when it comes to this sort of thing, I did pay him for this service of course and expected to, anyone have any suggestion/s? I want to be fair but this is not right to be left in the dark if there is a problem or he just went south, thanks folks, Marvin Steward

You are very welcome to email me on this with any suggestions also.

He is saying his web site as well as his host web site are both down, cant contact his provider through email as it also bounce back. His biz is suffering and he cant move out because he dun know how to install SunShop 3.0 and the ChainedSSL that he is using. Hi Stew903 just submit a request for quote and also tell your future provider you need the two components.

Thanks so much, I am sorry about no paragraphs but I am/was so discouraged and when I was adding this new thread I was simply venting a bit also I suppose and forgot the paragraphs, again sorry c0der,,,

I may have to move and I will remember to ask for the two components, I still feel very stupid just asking all this but I had no where else to go, thanks boonchuan.

Stew

Which way to go??? Is there any other way other than getting a new host? LOL...

Anyways, I feel really bad for you. It's not nice leaving clients in the dark and not telling them anything when something bad has happened. My business moto and my personal standpoint is that we should and always must tell our clients of whatever happens to us, no matter if we are closing down or etc...

Sometimes by doing so, it not only helps the clients, but it also helps in a way that we could still be friends (the client and me) and perhaps still be able to do business in the future.

Perhaps I'm wrong to think in such a way, but that's exactly what I think. Have a good day people!

OMG that is soooo bad I could not believe that. From what people were talking about on that site were bad mentioning 13 yr olds and the title of the post was rape stories. That is absolutly disgusting I wonder if it was because of that site.
