how 2 approve a transfer - enom reseller?

well, i have an enom reseller account (the ETP is domainresell.biz)

i want to transfer one domain from enom to godaddy. i already approved the mails and initations on godaddy.com but i only got a standard mail from enom (or the etp) :

Dear Customer,

We have received a request to transfer the domain name XXXXXX to Go Daddy Software, Inc. As the legal registrant of this domain name, only you can authorize such transfer.

If you did not request this transfer and wish for us to reject it on your behalf, please send a request to www.registerpdq.com.

Nothing more!
What now ? I did not get anything else, where or how can i APPROVE the transfer ?

I already did a lot of transfers TO enom but never away from them...

You can't. Just wait 6 days and it will be auto-approved by the registry.

Wouldn't this make it easyer for someone to steal your domain? Only thing that they need to know is that you are on holyday....without a laptop.

Maybe they ask for some proof of ownership on the gaining registrar?

gaining registrar should do the checking by sending email confirmation to the admin contact.

its safe and not safe in some situations but you can always LOCK your domains at the losing registrar to make sure no false transfers are being transferred away.

thats to stop domain hostages like many resellers and registrars are doing it these days and some are charging money for transferring out!

Don't miss those emails. Follow the suggestions of Bashar.

The practices of domain hostages is like some of the things which gives the web hosting industry a bad name. Beware of those resellers/ Registrars.
