I am new with hosting.. and thinking of starting as a reseller 2 get some cash.. and later on switch 2 a dedicated.. but before that.. i want my host 2 be good.. not like some others.. that u have 2 wait.. untill the owner makes u an account.. so..can phpCOIN be used as whm auto pilot 2 create accounts automatically?? can it be used 2 set billing?? please give some edvice!

I could be wrong but I don't think that phpcoin does auto creation

For automatic account creation use tinytool and for bill you may still hang around with paypal.

In fact tinytool (its free BTW) and paypal is a good combination
