OK, I have an interesting question:

When My vBulletin loads up, everything on the page is displayed, except my browser (any of the big three) doesn't think its quite finished yet.

I've tried everything. Disabling every feature in vBulletin, disabling images, disabling avatars and signatures....EVERYTHING.

My question is that is there a program or a plugin for opera, ie or opera that will allow me to see the progress of individual files that a url is attempting to send to my browser window? I'd like to be able to see exactly what is happening, and why the percentage is staying open.
