is that possible?


Hi
i have a simple question and i need answer

I have a dedicated server with 2 harddisks ...Is that possible to
use the two hard desks for hosting ...?? i mean put sites on them ..?
and how to do that?
should i make a new dir. home ?? home2 for example

IF you are using cpanel just mount one as /home2 and it will automatically start using it

If you have managment now is a good time to ask someone to look at it. I *think* you can do it from WHM but I would definitly get someone with expierence to do it as it could easily lead to destroyed data

# mount -t type /dev/hda5 /home2
# pico /etc/fstab
Add the new partition so that after reboot it can be mounted.

type, and /dev/hda5 are something you will change to your servers need.
