Our standard packages are either 1000 or 200 GB bandwidth; an extra 600 GB has been added for these. The total bandwidth used in any given month is the combined usage of both outgoing and incoming bandwidth.

No minimum. We do ask for a prepayment of 2 months to get the ipod. People that sign up will be satisfied clients for a long time.

Out of the blue question, but how does the data center fair when the winter season comes around? How about software installation, if I were to get a server...get a fantastico license, would you guys be happy to set that up for me? Your site doesn't explain your managed services completely (unless I've overlooked it and if I did, sorry!).

Software upgrades including kernel, apache/php etc. are done at no charge. The upgrades must be requested with our support dept and are not proactive (so its not fully managed where we do everything with out a request). We will also support and troubleshoot cpanel/os problems at no charge including basic cpanel functions, email, ftp etc.

We have been in our current location since the summer of 2003 and did fine the first winter. All servers are on ups's and have backup generators - we went through the blackout in 2003 running on generators.

Fantastico we will set up at no additional charge.
