Webhost with a relaxed aup

does anybody know of a webhost that provides unix hosting
with mysql database,php,300+ space and 5-10 gig transfer.

the problem i have is i have a downline club promoting legal
mlm, money mking programs. my last host decide it was against their acceptable use policy and terminatd my account
