Cpanel awstats quit updating

Tried everything I could find in all sites threads but one customer is complaining that there not updating.

/scripts/cleanbw
/scripts/runlogsnow

Under "tweak settings" in WHM I increased "The load average above the number of cpus at which logs file processing should be suspended" from 0 to 2.

Any other ideas I might try?

WHM 9.9.0 cPanel 9.9.0-E79
RedHat 7.3 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

Thank you very much

make sure that in their directory (right outside public_html) they have a file called "awstats.enable"

This fixed it for our clients.

Our sys admin applied this fix. Not sure where he found this solution.

But the only thing we needed to do was create a blank file called awstats.enable and upload it to each client account.

I'll check and see if I can get more info for you.

Try this....

/scripts/runweblogs

It should prompt for the username, type in the username

check to see if the stats updated afterwards, if so, cpanellogd is probably not running, restart cpanel

service cpanel restart
