Hello,

I'd like to create a web site that allows people to sign up and have the ability to upload their documents (in MS Word, PDF, TXT, or HTML format) to my web site. Members should be able to view other members' documents and provide comments/reviews as well. Please suggest any CMS or PHP script that is suitable for this kind of site. Thanks in advance.
