Question

why EMAILS cannot reach the destination with HFW

Hello friends
as i am a newbie here, I am asking a maybe stupid questions for some experts: I am a reseller.
I am experiencing some problems with HFW (host for web) as sometimes emails cannot reach the destination in any accounts I have for my clients. Emails seems to disappear because the sender never even receives an email with error of undelivery.
I am very happy with the service of Host for web, they are very reliable, but this little issue is giving me headaches as clients call me and mention that they don't receive emails sometimes.

if anyone can help it would really be appreciated.

cheers
Xingda

Make sure you have Reverse DNS ?PTR records setup for your domain. Also, check to see if your IP is on any spam databases.

Check with your host they can setup the reverse dns PTR records.

Go to http://www.dnsstuff.com/ and you can check on your reverse DNS and the spam database lookup.
