Hi there,
Does anyone know how I can get my nameservers into the netsol database....I have sent those wonderful people emails, I have tried their live chat.........and I just get nothing.......

and I do not want to call them because I am in Aus......

Your registrar has a process for adding nameservers. If you are registered with NetSol/VeriSign, use this form: https://www.netsol.com/cgi-bin/makechanges/itts/host

If you are registered with someone else, you need to contact them. Many have a fully automated means in which to submit new nameservers.
