Is it possible to pipe emails coming from different domains to a single license for Kayako?

ie.,

support@websiteA.com goes to the helpdesk at www.support.com
support@websiteB.com goes to the helpdesk at www.support.com

If yes, is there a limit? How is this accomplished?

Hello,

Firstly, you have to pipe to the script they specify. This can be manually through the config file or in cPanel, go to mail > forwarders. In the destination email box, put this:

"|/home/username/public_html/esupport/admin/pop3pipe.php"

Do this for every mail you want to pipe to eSupport. It should look something like this in forwarding overview:

info@hostingzoom.com >>> "|/home/username/public_html/esupport/admin/pop3pipe.php"
info@hostingzoom.net >>> "|/home/username/public_html/esupport/admin/pop3pipe.php"

I am assuming both sites are on the same server. Now go to eSupport > Settings > Email. Now you need to add all those emails that you piped and specify the department etc.
