very nice design, as sonic said... clean and simple, I would change the top "30 day free trial" into red, that would look nice and stick out, other than that....very nice well done.

That's really an excellent site. And you've matched the forum skin perfectly.

Your site stands as proof that not every host has to have a YATML - Yet Another Template Monster Layout.

Well done!

very nice work there. I love the fact that the site was actually built, not 'filled in' as so many hosting sites have begun to move to (aka ugly template). I like that its clean, crisp, almost refined. When I look at some sites I see little sparks moving through wires, graphics flashing non-ntop, ugly people on the front smiling at eachother for no reason, and I just sit stunned having to SEARCH for where to find out about what they are trying to sell me. When I look at your site I get three great headings right off the bat. Why the heck should I host with you? BINGO! there's the answer! Alright, I get why I should host with you, now what am I going to get when I host with you? Boom! answer about your servers. Alright, great, this place is very friendly, has great servers, but what do I get with my account? Tada! Top features are listed right there. Now i'm all set, I want to go order, and what do I see? A simple nav bar, easy to find, "reseller hosting", not 'services' 'products' etc.., but what _I_ am looking for. A reseller hosting account. Once I click on that link, I see an elegant table that is not 15 pages long, has all the information I would want to know, and an order now button. I click on the button and I see an easy form to complete my oder. Kayako helpdesk also earns an A+ in my book! And to top it all off, you actually took the time to make your forums look like they are part of your site! So many times I go to a page's forums and find myself wondering if I have left their site. GREAT WORK!

Hello Chris,

Well, you've done an outstanding job with your site. I preach allowing content to dictate the flow of a design (not the other way around), and you've done this very, very nicely. I have three recommendations for you. First, I would recommend moving all styling into a style sheet, and subsequently moving your stylesheet into an external document. It'll make maintenance so much easier in the future, and while validating is important, stuff like bgcolor and <font> is just...well...yucky Actually, how did you get that to validate with font tags? Maybe that's allowed in HTML transitional markup? Weird - <font> has been deprecated for a long time, for good reasons...

Anywho, that's all about making your own life easier. One little adjustment you might want to make for your audience is to toss valign="top" into your three columns. This won't affect too many people, but if you boost your font sizes up, the alignment gets a little funny. I made your fonts the browser default size (16px), and the differences in content made the right box align to the middle of the row. About 10-15% of all Internet users have some sort of visual impairment. Few are entirely blind, but many of them simply require larger fonts. Those using any browser but IE will get their wish, and they will see the slight misalignment. Those using IE will simply not be able to read your text and will go elsewhere. My final recommendation then is to remove your set font sizes in favor of relative sizes, using percentages for the most consistent presentation.

That's it. It's mighty nitpicky of me, I know. But someone, someday will be glad the nitpicking happened if you should decide to implement these changes. Again, excellent site - your work is very thorough and easy to follow, and will certainly inspire much more confidence than those pointless YATML sites.

It looks great but only suggestion I might have is mouseover effects for the image links.
