this site is extremely graphics intensive. load time was really slow for me....
the last search box (google) was not equally spaced like the other boxes are. the last box has over 1/2 inch spacing while the others only have about 1/4.
colors: very good choice
typically designers do not want an index page that is 4 screenlengths long. I am on 600x800 so there was quite a bit of scrolling to actually see all of the content.
the calender is totally cool. it fits the site nicely

you seem to lose a lot of space on the white outline around the main ad. it is really unnecessary, i feel, and it would be much smoother to simply place the ad on the solid blue and save yourself some space.
these are only suggestions....please do not take offense. i think the site is extremely user freindly and very impressive once it loads.
